Folklore Camp is well known for the quality of our food. We offer a wide array of delicious ethnic foods from around the world including three full meals daily plus two snacks and the occasional late night treat in the Kafana. Meals reflect the ethnic theme of the day and are prepared with artistry, imagination and the highest in culinary expertise by our chef Tod Nysether of Simple Pleasures Catering in Santa Cruz and his crew.
