Mendocino Folklore Registration Form

Full Time...................... $725 per person NEW – Registration paid in full before 2/15/08 $700.00/person Work Scholarship..........$350 per person (E-mail or call for information)	Part Time .....$120 per person per day Part Time Applicants will be processed after March 15th based on availability. Attendance should be from the beginning of the week.

If you would like to register for camp, fill out this form, print it and mail with your $200 (per person) deposit made payable to Mendocino Folklore Camp. Send it to Mendocino Folklore Camp, c/o Emma Charlebois, 701 Grandview Rd., Sebastopol, CA 95472. Please include a self-addressed, stamped, legal envelope.
Final payments are due by May 15. Full refunds are available until postmark of May 1. A refund of $100.00 is available after May 1st (but only if we can fill your spot).
Make credit card payments with PayPal - it's fast and secure! For payment by credit card (a service charge applies)...contact Registrar, Emma Charlebois, at emma@mendocinofolklorecamp.com or 707 823-4145. When paying by credit card, you still need to send this form and a self-addressed, stamped, legal envelope to the registrar (see above).
Folklore is not a family camp but we do welcome children. Send email for more information on rates for children or any other questions you have about camp to emma@mendocinofolklorecamp.com
